Nature of the Service

The site is a private reference, not an official records office. It stores no government roster, mugshot, arrest file, or court record and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a document.

Its pages point visitors toward Logan County Sheriff's Office resources, city police contacts, Arkansas corrections and court systems, federal locators, and third-party research tools. A link does not turn the linked data into this site's record.

Acceptable Use

Visitors must use the site and its links lawfully and without harming other people or the service. In particular, a user must not:

• break any local, state, or federal law;
• stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person;
• base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content;
• seek unauthorized access to any account, server, or data;
• run automated scrapers, bots, or harvesting tools; or
• interfere with access or normal operation for other visitors.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It offers no background check, credit report, consumer report, or eligibility-screening service, and neither do its advertising partners on this site's behalf. Users agree not to apply site information to:

• hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions;
• tenant selection or any housing decision;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links and External Services

Links may lead to the Logan County Sheriff's Office, its current roster, the 48-hour release view, corrections pages, other government portals, legal resources, news sites, and independent search services. Those operators control their content, availability, prices, and data practices. A visitor should read their terms before submitting information. A link is not an endorsement.

Arkansas Governing Law

Arkansas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Arkansas.

Severability

If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay effective. The affected term will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
